I was reading the last bread and someone was on SSRI's?? and said that their arms felt heavy and couldn't lift them due to their symptoms, also went into depression et. al.
The discussion stretched into the previous bread before that and I read until the beginning of the thread, then came back to the last bread and lost the comment.
Anyway- if you start doing your research into vitamins, vitamin and mineral deficiency symptoms, common foods, cravings, analyze your own diet, so on and so forth, you will likely find the root cause of your problems.
[real] organic food is popular and expensive for a good reason. I said [real] because there is A LOT of organic food out there that isn't [real] organic food.
MANY MANY organic farmers are not yet doing what they need to do to produce [real] food.
Know your farmer is critical.
Brix, soil works, logan labs, albrecht, kinsey, arden andersen, remineralization, etc.

If you know the storage qualities of vegetables and you buy veggies from the store…. or even get them out of your garden and they rot way too fast you know that they are junk veggies. Acorn squash is good for a whole year, tomatoes will keep for up to 5 months, apples will keep for 9 months.
I just bought an acorn squash from the grocery store and it rotted in 2 weeks. Either it was old crop or the soil nutrients were junk.
