I'm assuming Q refers to Jim Brown, but surely not in the context of the Q op, unless a wink to us in the transcript.

Upon inspection and seeing Q's toward the end, I think Q just stands for Question, as in, from the news crews present, but instead of adding another "name", if you will, they just kept it as Q, despite being a statement as opposed to a question.
