But the problem is more complex than it seems because if the apostrophe ruins the search, it means many things can't be searched.
For instance:
Batter will show the Oct 9 post.
Batter'
Batter's
Batters
Batters Box
all show nothing.
The [ ] characters are not problematic.
Perhaps the apostrophe effect is being done purposely for a couple possible reasons I won't state here.
Most likely it's a glitch.
I don't know much about computer technology but it seems to me that if it is a glitch, it needs to be rectified. Like yesterday. If this is to be a top notch operation, we can't have that kind of crap slowing people down or detouring people or sabotaging a search when the SHTF.
