The first Q is not a question from the media. It is a direct answer from (Jon) to the the President. A declarative statement.

I would guess this is more likely. General Kelly's name is spelled with an h.

 

Possibly a head fake, or maybe intentional deniability.

 

I'm conflicted about taking this further, thought there might of been something intentional here. But, as the old rule goes, we aren't to doxx Q.
