Q who in the military knows??

I figure Neller definitely has to know about atleast some of what POTUS is utilizing USMC for. Would somebody right around Neller know too? My father is high level USMC, works with Neller, office in Pentagon. I just want to know what how much he knows about the storm going on - and if he lies to me to protect me.
