Women don't create alpha and beta men. It's the roles men struggle to hold on to as they play king of the hill, it's what men do without any women present at all.

Women create communities, enhancing their own skills as part of that, ultimately to potentially raise and benefit their families, an environment where as many people as possible reach their maximum potential, because the fruits of that impact all the members. That culture has been co-opted, with women many times feeling they need to compete with men to prove their worth, or to be Barbie dolls to gain attention, or both. Unless they're are or become cogs in the machine.

When male culture is taken over and becomes distorted, pecking orders are well developed, they help build empires, provide the "manpower" to battle to control and own as many of the people, hard, and intangible assets around them as possible, making deals and backstabbing, getting pumped at the suffering they cause to the people they use, getting pleasure from seeing the pain they cause stepping on someone's neck, while simultaneously getting pleasure from knowing they are standing on that person, which ends up creating a sadomasochistic culture. It's what men do at their worst, with the bulk also being or becoming cogs in the machine, only with some subset kicking the dog when they get home, or making someone lower down the totem pole miserable.

It's twisted that men should be the Hulk 24/7. They should not be in a state of perpetual fierce, it messes with the biochemistry. They should be at resting alert for potential short-term problems and disasters like fires, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, thieves, and other rogues, which will certainly engage the nervous system. Then they get to be heroes if they want. If there's a need for extended attention requiring serious response, that's what war dances are for, to pump up the volume.

A culture that glorifies anti-heroes is on its way out.
