I wonder if this is part of the "prison reform" discussions Potus is having with the black community (Kanye? ) (or Rand Paul for that matter). It is one issue Trump can steal from teh dems and make it happen. Now th entire pot business becomes Trump supporters, ditto with a good chunk of users.

I am counting ethanol as a promise kept.
I am counting the music and drug bills as sort of booms and promises kept. The music bill may spark the US music industry (related to Kanye/Kid Rock- if keep feeling there is more to the music bill the obvious)
