When have you ever seen anyone arrested due to violating Congressional rules?
Only if they are reffered to DOJ for prosecution. Congress is a theater that puts on shows for their adoring TV audience…they have enough evidence on these people to indict thru GJ and put them away for many, many years but gotta keep those TV ratings up.
