Donald Trump promised us that this movement will replace this failed and corrupt federal government with one that is ruled by We The People.

So far he has used all the surveillance state, war act, tools put in place by all the past bad actors against our enemies within and without our borders. If Trump does not veto this Act, and it is allowed to pass into law, it is for that same purpose. So don't mistake it for other than what it is. This corrupt government will fall. Patriots will rise.

Either you trust POTUS and the plan or you don't. If you don't trust either one, why are you here? It is a choice and I choose to trust POTUS and the plan.

How military tribunals can be brought against US Citizens who are deemed to be "enemy combatants."

House must present and pass a new war powers act specifically suspending habeas corpus for US citizens deemed to be "Enemy Combatants" under the definitions of the US War Powers Authorization act, allowing for military commissions/trials. The Senate must ratify. And the President must sign it into law. It will also need to be able to pass muster in front of the Supreme Court if/when challenged.

This was done once before by Abraham Lincoln during the Civil War.

Habeas corpus is still suspended for Enemy Combatants that are not US citizens - under the Military Commissions Act of 2006.

Only going to leave it with this thought. This scenario is a nuclear option. If this comes to pass, and Patriots ever lose power again, God help us Patriots, one and all. We are all enemies of the corrupt globalists that run our federal government. We can all be declared enemy combatants in this war.
