This is not technically true. Security clearances, especially TS or above are tied directly to your employment that requires it. Normally, you have 90 days in which your clearance remains active when you leave your job to take or look for a new one. This is done so that a new employer doesn't have to fork over the money to do a single or multi scope background investigation. These are fucking expensive. The cunt lost her need for a clearance the second she lost the election and it should have been moved to inactive 90 days from that date. Her asking to terminate it is a complete load of shit and the letter to Grassley is likely cover for something else we don't see yet.

If your clearance is revoked, you are fucked and will not get it back. You are red flagged in every database that matters and there isn't an expiration date on it.
