Q didn't drop for many days before the July 21st release of the FISA application.
I think this is for when Q becomes mainstream with the MSM and they start looking back at drops versus publicly available information.
The only other FISA release was Saturday, July 21st.
The idiots want anti-gouging laws so they get to keep a shortage of needed goods. Even high schoolers know this will hurt.
