True, but Michael Flynn is also a felon. Consider also that both Michael Flynn and Rick Gates have entered into very similar plea deals with Mueller, neither of which have been sentenced. To dismiss Gates from working with POTUS because he's a felon would require you to dismiss Flynn from working with POTUS on those same grounds. Are we prepared to dismiss Flynn?

My opinion: "[payment in full]" in brackets means that payment hasn't yet been completed but that some payments have been made and received, therefore, some payments are remaining. Assuming that [RR] has been working with POTUS since TRUST SESSIONS appointed him, and since [RR] hasn't been allowed to resign yet, we'll probably be hearing more from/about [RR] as he continues do pay down his debt until he is given leave to resign,
