Then I would say, I can't wait til the cabal is gone and Trump can work with Congress in his second term to repeal all federal income tax and turn the federal government into a "pay as you government as a service" that states can choose (or not) to outsource certain functions to, and states pay tge feds instead of individuals.

For general health and cures to obesity related diseases, the "cure" is known: low carb, high fat, intermittent fasting, clean water, clean air, don't sit too much. For cures to all the different cancers, viruses, and other diseases, we need the bad guys to die or get locked up so that they stop making and spreading these viruses, and stop killing the people who are discovering or have knowledge of the antidotes. You can bet that if Q team discovers any of these antidotes as they are running ops around the world, they are going to get them into medical trials.
