With eyes open it's literally everywhere.It's been on symbols and logos I've seen my whole life.
The hands are obviously signifying the 'Y' symbology. I've seen a few people in the Trump admin use it in pics which is kind of disturbing. Hopefully it was just odd timing that caught their hands in that form.
