BAKER - NOTABLE (?)

In >>3463661 pb it was noted that there was extra post in qmap.pub at #346. But both are currently in sync, so there had to be another discrepancy later. I found it at post #743 in qanon.pub, which is a copy a #724 which Q had reposted at /greatawakening. This copy is not present at qmap, which is why the two archives are out of sync between #346 and #743.
