That looks more like a static display. Note the covered intake (right in photo) as well as what look like anchor points on the bottom of the aircraft.
Besides, as a former crew chief who has been through several hurricane/typhoon evacs, I can vouch that all airworthy aircraft would've been sent elsewhere well in advance.
