You're not getting my point. It's not the timeline or how many seemingly good judges they install, the weakness of the plan is that you are operating within the law and the opponent has no such scruples. A state of emergency/martial law is the only possible way this could ever be successful, otherwise you're always reacting to the last cabal crime while they prepare the next one.
