some anons raised question of whether DECLAS was done to accommodate presentation of classified info to a HUBER grand jury.
There are massive regulations in the DOJ site posted below - there is a specific section on disclosure to grand juries which begins as follows:
9-90.230 - Disclosure Of Classified Information to the Grand Jury
Grand jurors do not have the security clearances required for access to classified information. Accordingly, disclosure of such information to a grand jury may only be done with the approval of the agency responsible for classifying the information sought to be disclosed.
SO it is clear the the bureaucracy/swamp has again ways to delay and reuce the data to grand juries - thru this shit process - therefore I conclude that the idea of DECLAS for this purpose is indeed plausible and that Q posts - in terms of timing - may well refer to that and not the public disclosure element - at least not yet.
NICE digs and ideas anons!
