Early voting form?
If so, you may want to rethink that. Some states will not take an early-votong form at a precinct on election day. They do put them in sealed/locked containers during early voting tho.
You would have to drive it to the main office o Election Day.
(This is how it works in FL anyways. I work the early voting polls. Check YOUR STATES laws. Every vote counts!)
They have to be registered to vote in the state (that they are trying to vote in)
Just like being an American citizen, they have the right to vote. That being said, they have to register to vote in that state, just like other Americans.
If I live in FL and move to Montana, I still have to register to vote.
PS- Registering to vote in FL has closed for the mid-term elections. You can still register for future elections, but you would not be able to vote in the upcoming mid-term if you registered today.
