Theory on Snowden if a good guy. He is one of those in the CIA that is white hat and it being used to disseminate info of the operations going on in the US and world wide to the Russian government. This is to avoid a possible conflict or misunderstanding during ops being carried out to shake loose the grip and dismantle the cabal.
