Random/Not random share:
Am sitting on the roof watching a group of kids learn how to sail. They're just past the harbor and it's so awesome. This is obviously an early lesson; their tiny little boats are twirling, bobbing, floating amok and off course. The instructor is always close-by, yet doesn't seem to interfere unless absolutely necessary. This is always my favorite part of the week.
It's reminder of why I'm pushing against the "status quo": Our kids deserve to be free and adventurous and learn from their mistakes without being overly afraid or clamped down on. (WE deserve to be free and adventurous, too! Not afraid of everything/everyone.)
The end. Just wanted to share the thought. :) If I could post a photo without doxxing myself, I would. It's an incredible sight to see (sea).
