I understand the difference. Some may not be officially disclosed but the information will be available.
Example. Current "fringe conspiracy" will go mainstream news.
Fringe conspiracy maybe will be chewing on the secret science, ancient history, hidden religious texts. That kind of fits with the "The choice, to know, will be yours."
Just a thought.
I'm with you not keeping things buried, because how else can we be sure that we have corrected the system to prevent recurrence?
I'm just hopeful Q Team has a clever way planned to address it.
Without being on the Team, it's hard to know the rationale. I could imagine some things needing to stay secret for a Military advantage, but that's about it.
That is troubling to hear 70% would go to jail, but are being allowed to just go away.
One scenario, where I think that would be an acceptable result:
Let's say 70% came in good, but then later their family was threatened harm if they don't comply. Let's say those threats, due to how they were communicated, would never be admissible or available to a typical court of law. But let's say the NSA/MI/Q Team sees those threats and knows these are good people that got wrapped up into the evil system.
For those people, you're done but just go away?
I don't know, but I have thought hard about it.
