I don't see relation on contrasting agent unless it's to make Fiat look absolutely unable to continue. Also not last 10 years but last 20 means military allowed this to spiral to beyond belief suggests military industrial complex has retained control and this is just next phase of nwo. Owning property isn't really possible once the dollar deflates, jobs decline and property continues it's appreciation.

I have a modular outside Scranton about 1900sqft I only paid $38k for and I'm doing similar about 30 minutes NE of Atlanta for my vacation home.

 

You sound like a whiny millennial that wants a cheap home in San Francisco because you love easy flashy things and buy it now buttons. You can easily negotiate price on land and building if you're not in a rush. Took me a year to negotiate my PA home and about 3months to get the price I wanted in Atlanta.

 

You millennials grew up with instant info and "FOMO" which nade you impatient and superficial to the point that you really have no idea how life works outside your narrow world.

 

The rest of the world has a work ethic and patience and knows how to do without until the sellers compromise. Learn selfcontrol or wait until someone makes you rich and you can afford all you "want".

 

I'm only 36 but thankfully my first 12 years were mostly offline or at worst bearing 14.4kbps downloads and not consuming beyond a sustainable rate like you iPad babies.
