You can easily negotiate price on land and building if you're not in a rush. Took me a year to negotiate my PA home and about 3months to get the price I wanted in Atlanta.
You millennials grew up with instant info and "FOMO" which nade you impatient and superficial to the point that you really have no idea how life works outside your narrow world.
