The plan to have the FED raise rates [steep incline beginning Mar 2019] in an effort to 'kill' the economy prior to 2020 P_elec is known and planned for.

Structure change coming?

Q

I am a worried businessfag, that will need to refinance some commercial property by Dec 2019. I wonder what refinancing would be like during that time frame? I am thinking loans will be hard to come by and I should refinance asap to lock in a semi decent rate and once the dust settles a year or two after the collapse hopefully refinance again if rates are better. I am not sure who to talk to about this. I have talked to a couple of people and I have gotten the blank stare like when you when you tell someone you believe in an internet conspiracy theory where DJT is taking down the cabal and going to create a new banking system. Thanks for any input and thanks to those anons who are providing excellent info in this thread.

So I believe you are responding to worried businessfag who needs to refinance and is concerned about not being able to find a source for decent financing during this transition. I appreciate your time and info but nothing was mentioned about savings. This is also a concern but you think getting a loan under these new licensed banks will not be an issue? I realize we are talking about a completely different animal when comparing this potential future event to the last event in 2008. I remember people getting completely screwed in 2008-09 when they tried to get a business loan. I am not talking about those who were upside down and should not have been approved for a loan to begin with. These were people who ended up temporarily using savings to make a commercial property purchase and wait for a decent lending source to open up. I believe with all the potential turmoil getting a loan may be more difficult but it would be great if a bankanon would educate me a little. Thanks again for any input.
