In the DoS FOIA reading room I found a series of documented meetings on WH memorandum letterhead for executive secretaries (including Guahar) that included Admiral Rogers. Actually have started to put together a listing. Is room 302A a SCIF?

Use search terms (be sure to write AND in all caps)

"F-2015-1711" AND "White House" AND "memorandum for"

Also did a secondary search using just "Ewash"

The meetings began in March of 2015 and ended in April 2016. ValJar was a guest at the 11/18 meeting and Guahar attended at least one.
