If we are going to defend the second Amendment, it is getting pretty obvious that we are going to have to create a free speech information highway the way we create regular highways to assure freedom of travel. It is a part of the freedom of association. We need to create the "public forum" from those with dictatorial anti Constitutional censorship power tactics. We need an internet bill of rights specifically dedicated to freedom of speech.
