why? ip address is UK MOD but 10. is IP range for internal use. not assigned to anyone so the id of tmobile is wrong. whatever net you are on can assign 10. to whatever they want.

you are in US? most likely reassignment. if you can run a traceroute from your device to some other server then you can see where your traffic is getting routed through which will tell you for sure.
