I think I've seen that one, seen a lot of those types of shows. As a kid there was a book in the school library that was by Golden Books, remember them, children's books? Inside that book were spells on how to turn into werewolves and things like that.
I was in third grade. My Mom was so pissed that book was in my elementary school library that she went to the school board and argued to have it removed from the school system. They agreed. It was the first time I learned a little about how government works by committee.
