Q said, in >>>/greatawakening/84 something about Barlow. Many anons ASSumed this meant John Perry because he had been mentioned before. But when Q wants a name to mean exactly one thing, he gives us a [##] marker that we have to define. Then there is no question that two drops refer to the same person.
In the message mentioned above, Q reposted 3 drops. The word Barlow is only in one of them. The phrase
Truth to power
occurs also. There is a Richard Barlow, a CIA analyst who was a whistleblower and whose case may have influenced Snowden in some way. And this article
http:// www.newsweek.com/2013/12/06/perils-whistle-blowing-244874.html
uses the phrase truth to power. It is a bit of an odd way to say things. Christoper Shays R-Conn was quoted using that terminology here:

Q often weaves multiple meanings in the drops. Clearly Q is implying that Snowden is not speaking truth to power. Either he is not speaking the truth, or he is not speaking to the power (Trump). I suspect the latter is the real meaning.Of course then Snowden tweeted Speak not because it is safe but because it is right. Maybe he is asking the Trump administration to speak to him and not worry about his safety because his desire to speak is greater. Of course, he may have planned what he will say long in advance so that, like Q's drops, it will mislead the clowns.
Digging into Richard Barlow is valuable if you want to understand whistleblowing and how it fits in and think about whether it gives more freedom to the people or less. This is not a simple issue.
