Q said, in >>>/greatawakening/84 something about Barlow. Many anons ASSumed this meant John Perry because he had been mentioned before. But when Q wants a name to mean exactly one thing, he gives us a [##] marker that we have to define. Then there is no question that two drops refer to the same person.

In the message mentioned above, Q reposted 3 drops. The word Barlow is only in one of them. The phrase

Truth to power

occurs also. There is a Richard Barlow, a CIA analyst who was a whistleblower and whose case may have influenced Snowden in some way. And this article

http:// www.newsweek.com/2013/12/06/perils-whistle-blowing-244874.html

uses the phrase truth to power. It is a bit of an odd way to say things. Christoper Shays R-Conn was quoted using that terminology here:

http:// pogoarchives.org/m/wi/rb/cq-researcher-20060331.pdf

Q often weaves multiple meanings in the drops. Clearly Q is implying that Snowden is not speaking truth to power. Either he is not speaking the truth, or he is not speaking to the power (Trump). I suspect the latter is the real meaning.Of course then Snowden tweeted Speak not because it is safe but because it is right. Maybe he is asking the Trump administration to speak to him and not worry about his safety because his desire to speak is greater. Of course, he may have planned what he will say long in advance so that, like Q's drops, it will mislead the clowns.

Digging into Richard Barlow is valuable if you want to understand whistleblowing and how it fits in and think about whether it gives more freedom to the people or less. This is not a simple issue.

Who cares. It is clearly a fake.

We are here to learn to distinguish truth from lies so that we do not need to rely on authorities to tell us how to think. Would you like me to tell you how to think? If I decide that you are depressed and planning your own suicide, will you comply?

If you answered NO to any of those questions then why should I even bother communicating with you?

There is one way that big pharma can get away with releasing several cures in a short time. Trump promised to change the law so that someone with a fatal disease can choose to use drugs that are only available for clinical trial. Of course part of this is that these people become part of the clinical trials.

So pharma should begin by only offering the cures privately to patients who are terminal. They should publicize this far and wide as the outcome of the new rules. The FDA should get on board and say that this new release of prospective drugs should be able to cut through the logjam of medicines waiting for approval. They should provide cautious optimism that this might even result in a bunch of new miracle drugs if the increased number of patients trialing them helps determine their effectiveness sooner.

You see where I am going. The public gets prepped with the idea and when the drugs come to market they will rejoice and not be angry because after all these procedures were for safety reasons. In fact just before the first drug is released there should be some fatalities due to the medicine being tested not being effective in that particular case. Not all drugs under test will turn out to be miracles. The drama preceding the release prepares people emotionally for a win like a football game or hockey match.

You might be interested in this report on the plane crash in Russia.ย It comes from Channel One which is roughly equivalent to other state run channels like BBC in the UK and CBC in Canada

No mention of the ex-CFO of ROSATOM. I find it interesting to see all the machines and trucks used to get access to a rural field in winter. Russians handle winter weather stoically as a routine thing.

One official said that it will take 7 days to collect all the fragments. The will be sent for laboratory analysis as they are collected. DNA from relatives in Orsk, Orenburg is already on the way to Moscow. The guy who had a birthday somehow missed this flight. Children's faces are routinely pixelated on Russian TV.

P.S. there are a dozen other networks in Russia. I am just showing you the official version.
