This is not accurate. EAch European country has both its own constitution, and a court system to ajudicate as per the norms of the constitution, be it a seperate consititutional court, or, like in the US, a supreme court.The problem in Europe is national sovereignity being eroded by transnational entities like the European Court of Justice. Brexit shows that people can stick a finger in the eye of the elites, just like in the US.
