The European nations need to withdraw from the EU to get that boot off of your necks. Unfortunately, since you don't have constitutional rights the next step will be for each nation to overthrow there governments. Each nation is going to need to do this. Once you overthrow them you'll need to write and ratify a strong constitution and bill of rights. Make sure your new rights include freedom of speech and right to bear arms. Otherwise you'll end up back where you started (again).
