"They are SICK" is a big clue.

I think that during the initiation to the Deep State/CABAL, the new members are given a prion-based disease, similar to Mad Cow (CJD) or Kuru.

The CABAL has drugs, derived from the blood of children, babies and aborted fetuses (think stem cells), that keep this disease at bay.

This keeps the CABAL in line. Cutting off their supply will kill them. That is what is going on.
