I once read a bio of Disraeli long long time ago. All I remember is that he had curious power; at least as portrayed by the book.

The right eye looked deformed.

The right eye squinting might have hinted that the subject was of poor or suspect character?

I'd have to read a short history to catch up with what you are pointing to.

I'm realizing now: sometimes the right eye is injured. Or is it just covered to give that impression?
