I wonder if what is inhuman/not human is to NOT see your enemy as human, also?

That doesn't mean "turn the other cheek", though. I think it's simply honoring the humanity of the enemy and accepting that they are as human as you.

Does that make sense?

If it weren't, why try to hide so much of it? Why such high walls through the countryside? Why such high walls around the poppy fields? Why the devaluation of currency? Why the constant spying? Why the censorship?
