Some of us know China has been causing havoc in the Pacific Ocean, claiming the lives of a number of US military personnel through advanced weapons that attack electrical components inside both ships and aircraft. One such incident was made to look like it was North Korea that made the attack. We also know members of the Congress know China is behind these attacks. Why are we not attacking them with more than tariffs?
