I see this move as "scapegoating" the whole country, maybe there is interesting names inside the docs, maybe not.

The young prince Mohamed Bin Salmane is on the good side and that's irrefutable. Whereas Khashoggi is the nephew of the main arm dealer during the Iran-Contras affair. Also, he worked for Al Waleed.

That's reasonable suspicions based on facts.
