In my small home town, it was not just payday lending. At a gas station I picked up a newspaper, and read about how a lending bank of one of our small companies had a placed a clause in their bank loan agreement requiring the small company that hand machined truck parts for fleets, to move to China if they took the loan.

It was a rather huge court battle going on between the small company and the lending bank here in town.

Now, I wonder if this was habbening all over America to force our businesses out of America.
