The bad guys are probably doing some manual methods to try to filter MEMEs since their AI cannot filter MEMEs, per Q.
They are losing that battle.
So If I was a bad guy, what would I want to do? Get the MEME Makers to start making MEMEs that my AI can filter (because I'm currently losing and can't keep throwing people at it to manually filter.). The NPC face is so simple it is probably able to be filtered with the bad guy's AI.
I'll stop posting about it, but that makes sense to me.
If we're already winning with regular MEMEs I would think we should stick with what's working.
