So basically the story goes like this?

Evil alien race occupies earth for thousand of years and makes sure, we stay in war mode (sheeps). Good alien can't interfier, because evil alien will push humans to fight (good) aliens. They can't risk having stupid humans in space, who like to blow up planets.
