Don't see how this is a failure. RBG was supposed to step down for LL; things didn't go their way. Trump won, so RBG refused to step down, even though she looks like the walking dead, in spite. I think "RBG big problems" refers to RBG's health. She's going to have to step down soon due to her health, or die on the job. Win/win for us.
