Minnesota DFL Deputy Communications Director Calls for the Heads of GOP
Burnsville, MN - This morning, Kory Wood, General Consultant for Doug Wardlow for Attorney General released the following statement on disturbing comments that DFL Deputy Communications Director and Keith Ellison attack dog, William Davis, made on Saturday. Davis, in response to a Facebook post about taking the country back from Republicans, said that on the day after the election, Republicans should be “guillotined.”
“The comments made by William Davis are disgusting and appalling. The call for decapitation of members of the Republican party has no place in our politics. This is a new low. William Davis has long been one of Keith Ellison’s prized attack dogs. Davis’s comments mirror similar rhetoric from Keith Ellison’s past. Ellison’s support for cop killers, the Antifa movement and mob rule further shows why he is unfit to serve as Attorney General.
"Any desperate attempt by the DFL and their supporters to show they will remove partisanship from the Attorney General’s office is laughable. Keith Ellison is the Deputy Chair of the hyper-partisan Democratic National Committee and they employ staffers who make these comments. Minnesota voters can see through their sham.
“DFL Chairman Ken Martin and Keith Ellison should rebuke these hateful and appalling comments towards Republicans and terminate William Davis’s employment at the Minnesota DFL immediately.”
