Seventh Circuit held an en banc rehearing on Sessions v. Chicago on the propriety of nationwide injunctions issued by district judges. SCOTUS will have to deal with it eventually. It's fucking ridiculous how one activist district judge can throw a wrench in the entire system. "Oh I don't like what you're doing here so you're gonna stop doing it everywhere."
