OK, I get that he means Hillary when he says Horseface. He has obviously seen the Argentinian protestor screaming who looks like a HORSE and noticed that Hillary often strikes a similar pose when she laughs.

I assume that when POTUS uses Horseface in this tweet

He is referring to Hillary

But he also uses the word con which has a double meaning

 

One meaning is criminal but it usually refers to a criminal

Who has previously been convicted and served time.

 

When Q says, Now comes the PAIN he is capitalising that word.

Why?

Could it be to let us know that it is an airport reference?

PAIN is the airport at Mt Mckinley park in Alaska

Is it possible that when Hillary Rodham was in Alaska in 1969

She was convicted and served time for the crime?

 

People have investigated hee history there and there are so few traces.
