Quite weird anyway, I read local articles (I am from Europe) and it said YT went down 3:20 am local time. And Twitter shows me 3:19 am for the Trump Tweet, so that would perfectly match.

Oh and that article even specifies 9:20 PM (EST) as well as the 3:20 am local time.

So either that was calculated incorrectly or Twatter gives me wrong stamps.
