So last night when youtube went down I was phone fagging it caotured a partial screencap. As I zoomed in on the image I noticed letters. Flipped the image negative and it read, "If you see them, send them this information as text (screenshots frighten them)" (and also a hash?)

The image seems to be a wave pool in China. Could China have been behind this? The statement is written in bad english - "send them this information as a text" would be proper english.
