Logic says that if Mueller ends his probe soon and reveals the findings (lack thereof? or proof of HRC collusion with Russia) then that means RR has likely been given the choice between DECLAS and ending the Witch Hunt.
Seems like RR may have chosen to end the witch hunt to save his own bacon and reputation.
