It's documented that pedophiles facilitate the spread of pedophilia by the act of abusing children, itself. This "disease" you brazenly make declarations about, isn't caused by molecular pathogens. It is caused by ~~people~~ monsters.
Eradicating the root cause (pedophiles) of the "disease" (pedophilia), is exactly the answer!
The victims will need years of therapy just to function in the reality that what they were trapped into, is evil.
