I could pretty staff my watches and beats by how much alcohol the residents drank. Mo drankin' Mo PoPo.. even then, before the night was over, I'd get called to some officer's situation where a drunk found a new way to get himself killed, or beat his family, or worse…don't even try using your imagination. Riots? yep, drunks.. Fatal crashes? yupperee…drunks again. That house we're always going to? Let's see…drinking involved? Like fishes…fishes with stitches.. Fighting in bars…and the parking lot? Oh yeah, good times…more drinking. What a total f'n nightmare for society..but that's what's legal.

Weed? Get called to the munch out and cartoon festival…umm, nope. NP Old dudes burning a J and fishing…not a priority for my busy crew… we've got over a million people and half of them are drunk…plenty of stuff to do.
