Seems obvious to me that the 250 million is a global immigration figure, with only a portion headed to Canada. Canada's got like 37 million residents, nationwide right now. You really believe anyone's trying to import 250million here between now and 2030? Trudeau's a douche and an effing idiot, but not even he is capable of suggesting this, let alone achieving it in what remains of his pitiful time as PM.
