All you pro/con marijuana/hemp people are asking the wrong fucking question. Here's the real question: if we needed a constitutional amendment to outlaw alcohol, how is it that we don't need a constitutional amendment to outlaw drugs?

This gives rise to a secondary question: since any right or responsibility not specifically granted to the Fed govt is reserved for the state's or the people, why is this even a federal question?
